Miss Levy would like to thank the dedicated members of the School Council who have worked extremely hard this year. They have: raised money for the school, bought lunchtime resources, written this year's healthy school newsletters and they have run several competitions. This term, the Council have discussed preferred 'learning styles.' The children stated that 'independent research' was a favourite way to learn in some subjects, whilst more in depth teacher explanations were favoured in other subjects.
Thanks again to the enthusiastic chairman Umar Valli as well as the leadership from Angelica Bentick who was in the council for 3 years.
We look forward to the leadership and views of a new council in the Autumn term.
